Walk & Talk Consultation –

For the Do it Yourself Client. Our expert stager will review your home through the eyes of a potential buyer. This will start with the exterior and its curb appeal. This will be followed by a room to room written report of specific suggestions to enhance your home. The Report may include flooring and paint color recommendations as well as furniture removal if needed. ($125 Flat Fee) **

Hands On Staging –

After any recommended improvements have been made we will place the furniture in the best possible lay-out to optimize space and to showcase each room’s features. Rooms are then accessorized with items you may already own. If needed, we will make recommendations of items to be purchased. ($60 Hr*/minimum 2hrs)**

Decorating Services –

After your purchases have been made we will schedule a time for the install of items, placing your new accessories and hanging of artwork, etc… ($60 Hr* /minimum 2hrs)**

Client Shopping Services –

We will assist you by going to shop with you or you may choose to provide a budget and we will shop for you. ($50 Hr /minimum 2hrs)

Home “Fluff” –

A popular service for client’s not selling their home. Perhaps you already own great furnishings and accessories but need help putting it all together?... Let us give your home a fresh new look through our trained eyes. ($60 Hr /minimum 2hrs)**

Paint Color Consultation –

Selecting the right color is often challenging for people. Color sets the mood of your home. With our expert sense for color we can help you select colors that work in both staging to sell or staging to live ($75 Flat Fee)**

* Additional fee for large furniture removal/positioning

** Travel Fee may be assessed outside of service area
